User access levels

Leica GeoMoS Now! offers the following user access levels:

• • Administrator,

  • Editor,

  • Observer.

Administrator

The Administrator is responsible for the license activation and the user management of GeoMoS Now!. For the GeoMoS Now! On-premises version, the Administrator is also responsible for the installation of the software.

Administrator also holds the rights of an editor of all project views under his account.

Editor

An Editor has full user rights to configure and change GeoMoS Now! views (projects). An Editor also defines what is visible for the Observer. An Editor configures dashboard, overview and sites, defines graphs and reports.

Observer

An Observer has basic level access to the monitoring data. An Observer can navigate through graphs (on dashboard, overview and sites) and receive reports.

Permissions to view and use specific graph and export tools are defined by an Editor. The changes to dashboard or graphs are not stored and the state defined by the view Editor will be regained on the re-login.
