You can customize the appearance of graphs individually by defining and modifying graph templates. When pressing the edit icon, an Edit graph template page opens. Number of settings are available for each graph type, and they are grouped in two tabs: Customize and Series. The availability of the settings is dependent on the selected graph template type (time line, scatter, vector, profile, bar, circular level, images).
The changes to the graph template will be applied to all graphs using that template. It is advised to store the graph template under a different name if there are specific changes for only one graph. |
The following settings can be set for the graph templates:
Define the line/point colors.
Select the point shape and size.
Select if limit information defined in GeoMoS Monitor should be displayed on the graph.
Set the limit class colors and description.
Select the grid style. The grid is displayed in graphs.
Select the default scale mode.
Automatic scales automatically to fit the graph values.
Defined scales to the scale range entered in the Series tab.
Min/Max scales to the entered minimum and maximum values in the Series tab.
Select default reference.
Absolute displays the absolute values
Relative centers the graph with the first 10 values to zero.
Null measurements displays the graph with respect to the null measurement.
Other settings defined by selected template are listed below.
For timeline and scatter graphs:
Select the filter for the smoothing algorithm. Select between smooth, raw, raw and smooth, median, raw and median, daily average, row and daily average filters.
Select the filter length for the smoothing algorithm.
For bar graphs:
Set X-axis text orientation and time label.
Set Y-axis labeling on or off.
For velocity graphs:
Set velocity type (instantaneous, inverse instantaneous, accumulated, inverse accumulated).
velocity calculation interval (1h, 2h, 12h, 24h, 48h).
For contour graphs:
Set transition mode (HSL, reverse HSL).
Set weighting (1,2,4,16).
Select map for a background image.
For vector graphs:
Select vector type (2D or height).
Select vector style (by components or as a resulting vector).
Select the reference value of vector length.
Select map for a background image.
For scan images:
Select series is not available for the scans. The numeric values Volume Deformation and Max. Deformation can be shown in any other Graph template displaying series.
Show color bar (shows the color bar and deformation range for the scan for graphs with 1 and 4 images).
Set the number of image tiles to be displayed.
Select in which order should the available scan images be displayed.
Select the type of scan to be displayed. Choose between:
Area without picture (shows only the scan image),
Area with picture (shows the scan image and the picture of the scanned area),
Area Front (shows the resulted point cloud from front),
Area Side (shows the resulted point cloud from side),
Area Top (shows the resulted point cloud from the top).
Select the transparency level of the scan image with respect to the picture of the scanned area.
For images:
Original image size (will affect the image display ratio).
Select the number of images to be shown in graph area.
Ordering of images (selecting all, within a time range or displaying last n images).
Image type (select between webcam / imported images / image capture in case more than one image type is attached to the same point).
For external links:
Type the url of the image.
For in-place inclinometer graphs:
Orientation: Vertical, Horizontal
Borehole Axis Labels: Depth / Length, Sensor Location
Profile graphs setup is described on the Profile Graph Template page in details.
In the Series tab the following settings are available per sensor type:
Series availability.
Check on the check-box for availability next to series name if you want that series to be available for the observers for a given graph. Series that are unchecked cannot be displayed for the observers in the graphs.
Press the Toggle button to check or un-check all series at once.
Scale values. Scale values affect the default scale mode for displaying graphs for the observers.
Enter the scale Range per sensor type and available observation type when the default scale mode for the graphs is set to Defined. The defined scale is determined to fit to the displayed monitoring data.
Enter the Min/Max values per sensor type and available observation type when the default scale mode for the graphs is set to Min/Max. The unit for the Range and Min/Max values is defined in the Unit management.
